On initiative of the singer Javier Di Ciriaco, and with the wish of recreating the music typical of the Milongas, is formed in 2006, the "Sexteto Milonguero."
For the style and repertoire, Sexteto Milonguero is preferred by milongueros of diverse latitudes.
This group has the format of typical sextet more singer integrated for:
two violins (Marisol Canessa and Mariano Laplume),
two bandoneones (Diego Braconi and Mauricio Jost),
Piano (Gervasio Ledesma),
double bass (Cristian Sepúlveda), and
singer (Javier Di Ciriaco).
